I have a very physical job working for the Impact Team at Wakefield Council. I was being hindered by breathlessness and spoke with Yorkshire Smokefree Wakefield for support. On my second attempt of trying, I feel like I’ve “locked the door behind me” this time, with no going back.
I can now smell my aftershave as opposed to smoke!
