The main reason I decided to access the service was for my health really but I also realised it was a waste of money smoking all the time.
I knew I could achieve 4 weeks smokefree but the products I chose made it a lot easier.

I have used patches and an inhalator to help me quit, it helped as it took my cravings away quickly. The realisation that smoking is just a habit that does me harm has helped me to quit and stay smokefree.

My breathing is better, I have put weight on but I will deal with that at a later date. I haven't been able to achieve anything at the moment with Covid.

The current lockdown hasn't really affected my quit but I found it really helpful accessing the service via the Telephone, it's a great way of accessing the help.

I found that in the past if something went wrong I would grab a cigarette but the problem was still there, so I am hoping to be able to look at it different, like ok let's change this around and rethink past actions.
