Quitting as a couple makes sense. Jason and Elizabeth successfully stopped smoking with the support of Yorkshire Smokefree in Wakefield. They attended regular meetings with their advisor Fazila at the Pontefract Health Centre. Here's what they had to say about the service:
"We decided that we wanted to stop smoking and make healthier choices for ourselves. After attending the NHS Smokefree Wakefield service and with their support, tools & guidance, we have now completed 12 weeks quit. We are saving up the money we used to spend on cigarettes and are looking forward to a family holiday with our daughter."
