The main reason I accessed the service was to improve my health and save money.

At first I didn't believe I could achieved 4 weeks smokefree, but the more I thought about it the more I knew I could do it.

I used patches and they worked well for me, the patches were enough for me with this quit.

The stop smoking service has been very helpful, the weekly and fortnightly calls have been great for me and just what I needed.

I really liked the support that my advisor Sarah gave me, I am very happy with my advisor.

I can sleep much better, taste my food and I am more active since stopping. I am hoping to go on more walks/hikes too.

I found it more convenient talking to someone over the phone who can understand my situation with my quit. I prefer telephone support, it worked well for me and my daily life.

For those who are wanting to try the service you have nothing to lose. Once you access the service and stop smoking every day is brighter. It has been for me.
