All my friends and peers were doing it, so I thought I'd try it.

What were your reasons for quitting?

I want to improve my health and I also quit for my children. I have two year old twins and I never want them to see me smoke, I also want to be able to spend as much time with them as possible.

Friends and family.

Not having the taste and the smell but mainly not being addicted.

I have saved over £350 and I plan to treat myself with the money saved by having a spa day with a friend and going to Madrid for the weekend!

What would you say to anyone who has recently started smoking?

Smoking is the hardest thing to give up, I wish I had never started.
