Did you know that heart disease, heart attacks and strokes are among the leading causes of death in the UK? In fact, this year alone, around 84,000 people will die in the UK from heart and stroke-related illnesses.

We are delighted to support the Public Health England (PHE) campaign designed to increase awareness of heart health and reduce the risk of people developing heart disease.

The test, called ‘The Heart Age Test’ is intended for everyone over the age of 30, and was launched as part of their One You Adult Health initiative to kickstart their Healthy Heart campaign. It uses a range of lifestyle questions and a health quiz to determine the users’ risk of stroke or heart attack and instantly provides an estimated heart age.

If the results show that a persons’ heart age is older than their actual age, then that means that their risk of heart attack or stroke is higher, and they are then encouraged to seek medical help.

The campaign aims to reduce the number of people dying from these diseases and helps them to identify any potentially fatal health problems before they occur.

Take the Heart Age Test today to find out if you’re at risk!
