Stoptober is here, perhaps you don’t know,

That you’re more likely to quit with support, so let’s go!

 

On day 1 you are ready and prepared,

Get rid of tobacco, get your mind set... don’t be scared!

You are excited for this, one day at a time,

Write a list of reasons to quit, and when your further down the line.

 

If you’re having a day when you’re struggling to cope,

Refer to your list and you’ll regain your hope.

Plan together with your family or a friend,

Tell them you are quitting and set a trend.

They may all follow you in your goal,

You’ll be an influencer and then overall.

 

You will be confident as you start your quit,

After 28 days you’ve  made the most if it.

If you quit for this long you are likely to be,

Smoke free forever, so this is my plea.

Just give it a go, sign up with your pal,

This can help and boost your moral.

 

Look on our website for help, hints and tips,

Create a knit and natter group to tackle any blips.

Phone a friend, be their support too,

Helping others to quit will also help you.

From the start of your quit attempt the benefits start,

So let’s quit together this Stoptober by taking part!
